BullTraining.Online – Client Terms & Conditions

1. Parties & Services
These Terms govern the training services (online and/or in-person) provided by BullTraining.Online (“Trainer,” “we,” “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). Services may include personalised strength/conditioning training, programming, coaching, and wellness advice.

2. Information & Disclaimer

All content provided by BullTraining.Online (on the website, in programs, or during sessions) is for educational and informational purposes only and not medical advice.

You understand and accept that results vary individually and no guarantee of specific outcomes is given.

Before starting any training program, you should consult your physician or relevant medical professional if you have health conditions, concerns or are unsure about performing physical activity.

3. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

Physical training involves inherent risks. By registering for services you acknowledge you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks, injury, or damage that may result from training.

BullTraining.Online, its trainers, affiliates or partners cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from use of the services, advice, or content provided — except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Trainer.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate personal and health information (including medical history, known injuries, limitations).

Follow instructions and inform the Trainer immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

Maintain proper hydration, attire and hygiene during sessions.

Use equipment safely and at your own risk when not under trainer supervision (for online or remote sessions).

5. Session & Payment Terms

The services, number and duration of training sessions, and fees shall be agreed before commencement, either per-session or as a package.

Payments must be made in advance or according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

If a session is cancelled by the Client without at least ___ hours’ notice (define your policy, e.g. 24 h), the session may be lost or a cancellation fee may apply. Rescheduling may be at the discretion of the Trainer.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Once a program or package is purchased and confirmed, refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.

If the Trainer cannot deliver the scheduled services (e.g., due to illness, force majeure), a schedule adjustment or prorated refund will be offered.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data and health information provided by the Client will be treated confidentially and stored securely.

Data will only be used for the purpose of delivering training services, progress tracking, and communication.

Client has the right to request deletion or correction of personal data as per applicable data-protection laws.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. If you terminate early, no refund is guaranteed for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed.

BullTraining.Online reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client violates these Terms (e.g. non-payment, unsafe behaviour).

9. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All training programs, materials, videos, and written content provided remain the intellectual property of BullTraining.Online.

The Client may use materials for personal, non-commercial use only and may not redistribute, resell or share them without written consent.

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium (or your relevant country of operation).

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the competent courts in your region.

11. Acknowledgment & Consent
By purchasing or beginning training services with BullTraining.Online, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are physically able to participate or have consulted a medical professional if in doubt.

Privacy & Data Protection Notice

BullTraining.Online processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian privacy laws.

1. Data We Collect
We may collect the following information:

Identification details (name, email, phone, address).

Training data (workouts, performance results, movement videos, progress photos).

Health-related information voluntarily provided by you (injuries, limitations, medical concerns, PAR-Q responses).

Payment and billing information (through secure third-party processors).

2. Purpose of Processing
Your data is collected to:

Deliver personalised strength, conditioning, and coaching services.

Adapt training to your needs, progress, and safety.

Communicate scheduling, feedback, and program adjustments.

Manage payments and account administration.

Improve overall client service quality.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following GDPR bases:

Article 6(1)(b) – Performance of a contract (providing coaching services).

Article 6(1)(a) – Your explicit consent (for coaching-related data).

Article 9(2)(a) – Your explicit consent for processing health-related data necessary for safe training.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely through Virtuagym and internal encrypted systems.

Only authorised staff/coaches have access.

Data is never sold or shared with third parties except essential service providers (e.g., Virtuagym, payment processors).

5. Data Retention

Client data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services.

Health data is deleted upon request or 12 months after the end of coaching unless legally required otherwise.

6. Your GDPR Rights
You have the right to:

Access your data

Correct inaccuracies

Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

Restrict processing

Request data portability

Withdraw consent at any time

7. International Transfers

Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

BullTraining.Online — Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

By engaging in any coaching service with BullTraining.Online, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
You understand that physical training—including strength, conditioning, plyometrics, mobility, and basketball-specific work—carries inherent risks of injury.

You voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for your actions during training.

2. Health Declaration
You confirm the following:

You have disclosed all relevant health information, injuries, or medical conditions.

You will update the Trainer immediately if changes occur.

You have consulted a medical professional if needed, or you accept responsibility for choosing to train without such consultation.

3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that training may involve risks including, but not limited to:
muscle strains, sprains, falls, cardiovascular events, overexertion, and equipment-related injuries.

You accept full responsibility for these risks when training with or without trainer supervision (online or offline).

4. Release of Liability
To the extent permitted under Belgian law, you release BullTraining.Online, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from liability for:

Accidental injury

Property damage

Loss resulting from training, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions

This exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by BullTraining.Online.

5. Use of Facilities & Equipment
When training independently (home gym, commercial gym, outdoor areas), you agree that:

You are responsible for ensuring equipment is safe and properly maintained.

BullTraining.Online is not responsible for equipment failure or unsafe training environments.

6. No Guarantee of Results
You understand that results depend on many factors including consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, genetics, and adherence to the program. No specific results can be guaranteed.

7. Consent to Video/Photo Submissions
If you send videos or images for form checks, progress, or coaching feedback:

They remain confidential and will not be shared publicly without your explicit permission.

You may withdraw permission for the Trainer to store these files at any time.

8. Acceptance
By signing up for services in Virtuagym or participating in coaching sessions, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this waiver and its conditions.

Payment & Processing Agreement

Payment & Processing Agreement — BullTraining.Online
1. Payment Terms

All coaching programs, subscriptions, and training packages must be paid in full and in advance, unless a written payment plan has been approved.
By completing payment, the Client agrees to this Payment & Processing Agreement.

2. Payment Methods & Processing

BullTraining.Online accepts the following payment types:

2.1 Stripe (Credit/Debit Card Payments)

Clients may pay securely through Stripe using:

Visa

Mastercard

American Express

Bancontact

Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

Payments are encrypted and processed under PCI-DSS Level 1 security.
The Client authorizes BullTraining.Online to charge their selected payment method for:

Program fees

Subscriptions

Add-on services

Payment plan installments

Billing will appear as “BullTraining.Online” or equivalent Stripe descriptor.

2.2 Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

Clients may also pay via direct SEPA bank transfer.
Bank details will be provided upon request.

Clients are responsible for:

Using the correct payment reference

Paying any bank fees charged by their institution

Providing proof of payment if requested

Services begin only once the transfer is received and verified (1–3 business days).

2.3 Payment Confirmation

Stripe payments confirm automatically.

Bank transfers may require additional verification time.

Coaching services begin only after payment is fully processed.

2.4 Recurring Payments (Subscriptions & Payment Plans)

For ongoing coaching or installments:

Stripe automatically charges the card on the scheduled billing date.

The Client must ensure the payment method remains valid.

Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved.

Payment plans must still be completed even if the Client stops participation.

2.5 Payment Security

BullTraining.Online does not store card data.
All financial information is handled securely by Stripe.

2.6 Currency

All payments are processed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

3. Final Sale Policy

All payments are considered final and non-refundable, except in the case of the 8-Week Satisfaction Guarantee outlined below.

Refund requests related to:

loss of motivation

personal circumstances

schedule conflicts

travel

change of goals

dissatisfaction prior to completing the required 8 weeks

will not be accepted.

4. 8-Week Satisfaction Guarantee (Conditional)

BullTraining.Online offers a refund only for programs of 8 weeks or longer, and only if the Client:

Fully completes the entire 8-week program, AND

Provides valid proof of compliance (see requirements below), AND

Submits a refund request within 7 days of completing the program.

Refunds apply only to the coaching fee—not additional services, add-ons, or platform fees.

5. Proof of Compliance Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the Client must demonstrate all of the following:

100% completion of all assigned training sessions

Correct and timely logging of sessions in Virtuagym (or approved tracker)

Submission of required check-ins (weekly or as instructed)

Uploading form videos, progress photos, or assessments when requested

Following nutritional or lifestyle guidelines where applicable

Never missing more than 1 check-in during the program

Never going more than 7 consecutive days without activity logs

Consistent communication with the Trainer regarding challenges, injuries, or issues

BullTraining.Online reserves the right to determine compliance based on objective data.

6. Refund Conditions

A refund will be granted only if:

All compliance conditions are met

The Client completes the full 8-week program

Dissatisfaction is expressed with evidence

The request is made within 7 days after completing the program

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds may be denied if the Client:

fails to follow the program

does not log activity

misses check-ins

does not provide sufficient evidence of compliance

Requests a refund before completing the 8 weeks

fails to communicate issues in real time

7. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

injuries, illness, or life circumstances preventing training

loss of motivation

incomplete participation

change of goals

dissatisfaction without proof of full compliance

Stopping the program early

payment disputes or chargebacks

missed or failed payments in a payment plan

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and invoicing for outstanding balances.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a Client initiates a chargeback without following the correct refund process:

Services may be terminated immediately

Outstanding balances may be forwarded to collections

BullTraining.Online will provide evidence (training logs, messages, compliance data) to dispute the chargeback

9. Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing a program, enrolling in coaching, activating a subscription, or making any form of payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and fully accept this Payment & Processing Agreement.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: "THE 90-DAY GLOW UP"

Article 1: OrganizationThe contest "The 90-Day Glow Up" is organized by the private limited company (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), with its registered office located at 72 VoorMuide Bus 102, Gent 9000, and company registration number (KBO/BCE) BE0756.533.385, commercially operating under the trade name .
Article 2: Conditions of ParticipationParticipation is exclusively open to natural persons aged 18 or older who are members of the affiliated fitness facility (Basic-Fit) or who purchase a "12-Week Glow Up Pass" during the promotional period.
The promotional and entry period runs from . Participation is strictly linked to the purchase of one of the following two packages from Hybrid Fitness Studio during this timeframe:
The purchase of a package (€349.00 including VAT) entitles the participant to .
The purchase of a package (€399.00 including VAT) entitles the participant to .
The contest is strictly capped at a maximum of . As soon as 25 unique packages are sold, or when the deadline of June 30, 2026, at 23:59 is reached, registrations will be closed immediately.
The awarding of the Grand Prize (12 weeks of Factor/HelloFresh) is strictly contingent upon a minimum registration of by June 30, 2026. If this minimum threshold is not met, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest portion of the package. In this event, participants retain their purchased 12-week training passes, but the grand prize will be converted to a pro-rata alternative (e.g., 2 weeks of free meals or a €100 studio credit), or the entry period will be extended.
Article 3: Contest Mechanism (No Game of Chance)To validly participate and qualify for the prize, the participant must fully complete the official digital entry form via the unique link received after purchasing their package. The form consists of the following mandatory contest questions:
"What are the specific brands that made up the Hybrid Fitness Studio?"
"Exactly how many total people (Basic and Elite combined) will legally enter this specific contest between June 15, 2026, and June 30, 2026, at 23:59?"
Article 4: Determination of the WinnerThe prize will be awarded to the participant who answers the Knowledge Question correctly and whose estimate for the Tie-Breaker Question is closest to the actual final result.
In the event that an 'Elite Pass' participant (holding 3 digital forms) submits multiple correct answers, each entry form will be evaluated separately and individually based on the tie-breaker response to resolve an ex aequo (tie).
The winner will be officially announced by , during the live studio event and via the digital channels of Hybrid Fitness Studio. If the winner is not present at the event, they will be notified in writing (via email or phone).
Article 5: The PrizeThe grand prize consists of a meal prep credit with Factor or HelloFresh for a fixed period of 12 weeks (based on 2 meals per day), with a maximum total commercial value of .
The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable to third parties under any circumstances, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other services provided by Bull Training or Hybrid Fitness Studio.
Article 6: Privacy and GDPRThe personal data of the participants will be processed by Bull Training in strict accordance with Belgian privacy legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The collected data will solely be used for the management and correct execution of this contest and the corresponding fitness program.
Article 7: General Terms and DisputesBy participating in this contest, the participant unconditionally agrees to the entire content of these rules. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the results of the contest, the selection of the winner, or the interpretation of these terms.
